His record of success in Hershey’s international markets includes leading the growing Mexico business for many years and most recently leading Hershey Canada, the company’s second largest market, through a business transformation. He also led the company’s International Regional Markets (Latin America, Asia, Europe, Middle East & Africa)
Johnny Tran

Johnny is a Sr. Business Development Manager at 301 INC, Venture Capital arm of General Mills. Prior to joining 301 INC, he was a Brand Manager on a number of General Mills’ platforms, including Progresso Soup, Pillsbury, Cereal, and Snacking. Before his time at General Mills, he was a Project Manager in a construction firm by day and a breaking dancing instructor by night. Johnny holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
Cindy Kuester
Vice President of Sales for Snak King Corp.
Cindy Kuester is Vice President of Sales for Snak King Corp., an innovative snack manufacturer focused on providing solutions to retailers, marketers, and consumers in the food industry. Previous leadership roles have included V.P. of Sales and Marketing, management of Human Resources, and cross functional strategic management of Finance and Operations. Currently Cindy serves as Co-Chair of the WINS committee for Snac International. Cindy received her B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri. She and her husband Jamie currently live in Wisconsin and have one son, Gavin (24). She enjoys spending time with her family, water sports, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Five (5) finalists will be selected to pitch on the live stage, and five (5) semifinalists will also be selected. 

 

CRITERIA:

THE LIVE STAGE

5 finalists chosen to pitch their product to a panel of expert industry judges

2-minute pitch, 3-minute Q&A with the panel of judges

Panel of judges and the audience will vote for one brand to take home the grand prize
