Steven Williams currently leads the $18 billion snack and convenient foods business that includes Frito-Lay North America (FLNA) and Quaker Foods North America (QFNA). A 25-year PepsiCo veteran, he has served as CEO since March 2019. Prior to his current role, Williams served as senior vice president and chief commercial officer for Frito-Lay’s U.S. organization, overseeing all selling and commercial activities for U.S. field sales, customer teams and headquarter commercialization, in addition to leading a large multifunctional sales organization, spanning all Frito-Lay retail customers, channels and go-to-market systems. Steven Williams will kick-off the inaugural SNX forum on Sunday evening with a fireside chat, moderated by Mark Singleton, VP Sales and Marketing, Rudolph Foods, and Past Chairman of SNAC Intl. Williams will share his vision for PepsiCo Foods and his mission to be always available everywhere consumers shop.
