In order to maintain our planet for future generations, we must change the way we do things today.  This seminar will cover the importance of sustainability in the bakery process by focusing on 3 areas: People, Planet, and Prosperity. The presentation is focused on the baking process, as the oven is the largest source of emissions and energy usage, and will detail our approach to reducing costs, energy and emissions in our oven designs.
